Sometimes getting the best out of your team is more than just getting big laughs or making a big move. It’s knowing the tendencies of your teammates, understanding their strengths and weaknesses and doing your best to make them look great. Sometimes that’s setting them up for a Shakespeare reference since they are a big Bard nerd or sometimes it’s editing a character monologue at a high point or sometimes it’s taking a bad initiation and treating it like it’s a great idea.
